White bass excellent on chrome CC spoons, slabs, Alabama rigs and crankbaits at 8-45 ft. along creek channels and the main lake. Crappie fair on jigs, grubs and minnows around brush at 10-45 ft. and on 1/4 oz. CC spoons at 10-45 ft. along drop-offs in creek channels. Full Report: Lake of the Arbuckles: Elevation below normal, water 52 and clear to stained. Crappie fair on minnows, jigs and spoons at 15-36 ft. around brush structure, creek channels and weed beds and at 25-35 ft. around brush piles. White bass fair on Alabama rigs, spoons, crankbaits, sassy shad and CC spoons in chrome at 6-37 ft. around coves, points and creek channels. Full Report: Lake of the Arbuckles: Elevation below average, water 61 stained to clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass slow in main lake, coves and brush structure on jigs, Alabama rig and crankbaits at 0-15 ft. White bass fair in coves, river channel and creek channels on Alabama rig, slabs, spoons and crankbaits at 4-37 ft. Full Report: Lake of the Arbuckles: Elevation below normal, water 62 and stained. The boat dock at Buckhorn is closed. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, tube jigs and square billed baits at 5-15 ft. around brush structure, weed beds, coves and rocks near hydrilla. Crappie and sunfish fair on slabs, jigs and hair jigs, slabs and spoons at 12-35 ft. along brush structure, weed beds, river channel and dam structure. Full Report: Lake of the Arbuckles: Elevation 9 ft. below normal, water 63 and stained up creeks. The Buckhorn ramp will be closed beginning November 12 until further notice. Use caution on the lake. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass slow on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, spinnerbaits and black jigs at 5-15 ft. along coves, points and brush structure. Crappie slow on Alabama rigs, tube jigs, hair jigs and minnows at 9-33 ft. around brush structure. White bass slow on slabs, spoons and jigs at 14-44 ft. in the main lake, creek channels and points. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass slow on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and jigs at 2-15 ft. along brush structure, creek channels, points, rocks and ledges. Crappie and sunfish fair on minnows, crankbaits and chartreuse/pearl wiggle tail jigs at 7-33 ft. around brush structure, the main lake, creek channels and state brush piles; some bigger crappie being caught on crankbaits and small 1/4 oz. chrome spoons. Full Report: Lake of the Arbuckles: Elevation 8 ft. below average, water 76 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, top water and 3 XD Pearl around brush structure, points and main lake from the surface to 15 ft. Fishing is slow; crankbaits seem to work best, some topwater action early. White bass fair on slabs, spoons and 3/4 oz. c spoon around main lake, points, creek channels, bends of creek channel on drop-off at 15-37 ft. Crappie fair on jigs, spoons, minnows, grubs around brush structure, weed beds at 15-40 ft. Slow is the key using jigs over brush. Report submitted by Jack Melton.

Full Report: Lake of the Arbuckles: Elevation below normal, water 77 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, topwater lures, jerk baits and flukes in pearl and chartreuse from the surface to 15 ft. along creek channels, the main lake, around points and grass beds; crankbaits seem to be the best if you can keep it out of the grass. Crappie fair on minnows, jigs, grubs and crankbaits at 10-32 ft. around brush structure, weed beds, the main lake and state brush piles. White bass fair on spoons, jigs, slabs and sassy shad at 27-32 ft. in creek channels, the main lake, and creek bends and on jigs with chartreuse/white sassy shad along or near bottom.
